Calisthenics Mainz is a non-profit club. We believe that mobility, strength and control are learnable by anyone — no gym membership, no equipment, no excuses.
Since 2013 our community has grown around the JGU Campus and parks along the Rhine. Open to everyone — from absolute beginners to competitive athletes.
We help each other. From beginner hangs to elbow lever progressions — someone always has the right tip.
No fitness level, no age limit, no membership fee. Just show up.
